Dotnet Developer and Support Analyst
Description
- Application management and support for our WMS across all Medical distribution centers throughout the US and Canada
- Enhance the application features using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL 2012
- Develop Utility tools to fix data errors using MVC 4 pattern and N-tier based architecture
- Develop and generate business reports in Service Now and present to leadership
- Develop and Deploy hotfixes to eliminate the issues from reoccurring
- Small Parcel Shipping System application support
- Pick to Voice application support
- Peripheral device support for warehouse applications. Peripherals include:
Label and paper printers
Truck mount and hand-held radios
Pick To Voice devices
Sorters and conveyors - Application workstation support
- Application Patch Management - Testing and Deploying new code updates and patches
- Actively participate and lead Service Restoration team towards resolution and mitigation plans
- Problem Review / RCA Analysis
- Provide customer support in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain good relationships with lines of business. Ensure communication is customer focused and professional.
- Case Management / Review / Trending (App/User/Alert)
- Application Server tech refresh execution and support
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
