Bussiness Analyst / Software Quality Analyst
Description
- Validate functional design, create technical design, technical capability recommendations to help backlog prioritization
- Maintain the developer backlog, tracking developer worksheet progress, running auto code review, performing code reviews
- Perform requirements, traceability and impact analysis.
- Work closely with business partners and technology groups to help refine requirements. Write professional and standards compliant code
- Help Identify cross impacts to other systems.
- Communicate with business partners and technology leads to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Write the acceptance criteria in the BDD orientation of business language
- Research to determine if solutions to business needs currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible.
- Communicate effectively with developers on explanation of user stories and validating the end implementation of the requirements
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
